| General: | We meet at 'The Horseshoe pub' Kilton hill, worksop, we now have Just about 70 members (and growing), we are a fairly new club and although some of the members had been riding scooters for some time (since the 1980's)as the MANTON MERLINS which folded in the late 80's early 90's, The club re-formed in 2008 and it was decided that we needed a new club name and as members were no longer just from Manton we recently became THE MERLINS S.C, And so now these days we welcome anyone new or old to scootering who wishes to be part of a friendly (non-subs collecting, free txt service) group of people who like scootering, music, having a laugh and a few beers along the way. |
| Interests: | scootering, attending national & local rallies, friendly rideouts to meet up with other clubs on their 'meetings' nights, attending music/northern soul venues where possible. or just any chance of a party. |
| Shoutouts: | to anyone that has visited our club, thank you and please visit us again, Also anyone wishing to join us..all we ask is that whenever you ride with us please make sure you have (a) MOBILE PHONE THAT HAS CREDIT ON IT, (b) SOME SORT OF BREAKDOWN RECOVERY SERVICE, because you just never know when its gonna be 'you'!! cheers and ride safe. |
